The Director (Finance & Accounts) Department plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial management and administrative operations of the university. Through its eight specialized sections. The department efficiently manages salary, bill, cash & bank operations, tax and Vat, budgeting, pension, provident fund, welfare fund, group insurance, and rent collection activities with transparency, accuracy, and accountability.

Each section works in close coordination to maintain proper financial records, ensure timely payments, support audit and compliance requirements, and provide essential financial services to teachers, physicians & surgeons, resident students, officers, employees, and other stakeholders. The department is committed to maintaining strong financial discipline and effective governance in support of the university's academic, administrative, research, development and healthcare activities.
